Renewable Energy

What is Renewable Energy??

Renewable energy is energy generated from natural resources—such as sunlight, wind, rain, tides and geothermal heat

Examples of Renewable Energy-

Sunlight and Solar Power: Using the sun's energy to make electricity.
Wind power: The conversion of wind energy into a useful form, examples are windmills and wind turbines
Water: Hydropower is generated by the force of falling water, examples are water wheel, ocean tides,
Geothermal Heat: Nature's own hot water and steam, one example is a hot spring

Biomass: Any living or recently dead biological material that can be used as or burnt into fuel, examples are wood, corn, hemp and sugarcane.
